Changing the billing method for your subscriptions

We offer the following billing methods to pay for your subscriptions

  • Credit Card

  • Direct Debit

  • Prepaid

If you wish to update your credit card details, follow the steps in table 1a below.
If you wish to pay for your subscriptions using Direct Debit or Prepaid Credit, skip to 1b.

1a - How to edit credit card details for subscription services:

Log into the Console (If you’re not sure how to do that, click here)

Select “Billing” on the Overview screen

Select “Service and Billing Details on the right side of the screen

Select the “Payment” option for the related service

Here you can either:

 

Allocate one of your existing credit cards to pay for the service

 

or

 

Attach a new credit card to your account to pay for the service

 

1b - Using Direct Debit or Prepaid Credit to pay for subscription services:

If you wish to allocate Direct Debit details to a specific domain, you’ll need to fill in this pdf and email it to support@netregistry.com.au. As for Prepaid Credit, you’ll need to email support@netregistry.com.au and request to have Prepaid Credit created for your account.
