CLICK N GO – GENERAL SUPPORT NOTICE
We have commenced plans to consolidate Click 'n Go customers to our primary retail brand, Netregistry for a streamlined service offering and the best in quality for support. Netregistry is Australia's largest domain name provider and has helped over 500,000 businesses get online.
This brand consolidation will commence on 21st August 2013, at 6:00pm AEST, and conclude prior to 8:00am August 22 2013. During this consolidation you will not experience any downtime of domain names or services as a result. However, please read through the following points carefully,
What happens to my current domains and hosting services with Click ‘n Go?
Current domain names and web hosting services registered with Click 'n Go will remain unchanged. We will honour all existing prices, therefore any future domain and service renewals will be at invoiced at their current renewal pricing.
Any NEW domain registrations of purchases after the consolidation date, 22nd August 2013, will be completed with Netregistry.
Managing your account after consolidation
Your administration panel will now be provisioned through the Netregistry interface, which has an improved look and feel to your current admin panel. This interface is much easier to use and our Customer Service team, who already provide your support under the Netregistry brand, will be on hand to help with the transition.
