The way you manage your services has changed - the new interface you’ll be using, The Console, is constantly being updated so we can offer you the best possible experience.
Also, if you had web hosting services with Netantics, your service is now hosted on our local infrastructure based in Sydney, Australia.

How do I get support?
Netregistry offer 24/7 support via phone, email, live chat & a support centre.

To make changes to your account via the phone we’ll first need to verify you. Netregistry makes use of a quick and easy support code, which is generated inside of the console. Please refer to this article for more information on how to retrieve your support code.

What are my new email settings?
Your email settings have changed slightly. Please refer to the following articles for a complete list of email settings and email client/device specific guides.

How do I reset my Netregistry account password?
Head over to our forgotten password wizard.

Simply follow the prompts and enter your details to retrieve your account. If you’re still having issues accessing your account please contact customer service.

How do I check my invoice?

  1. Log into The Console
  2. Click on the Billing tab

What payment methods do Netregistry accept?
At Netregistry we accept the following four payment methods.

  • Credit Card
  • Direct Debit
  • Prepaid
  • Manual Invoice

How do I manage my hosting in the console

  1. Log into 
  2. Click "Manage" next to your domain in the "Manage Your Domains" section 
  3. Click the service you wish to manage on the dashboard or on the left hand side navigation bar 
  4. Manage your service ("Cloud Hosting"; "Domain Name"; "Email") here

What are the Netregistry Nameservers?
Netregistry uses to sets of name servers. Our primary name servers are:


Once your domain name is delegated to our name servers you can make DNS changes inside of the Zone File Manager. For more in depth information please refer to this article.

How do I manage DNS?

  1. Log into The Console
  2. Click 'Edit DNS' next to the domain you want to edit
  3. Click 'Zone Manager'
  4. From this page you can add, remove or edit zone records
  5. To add a zone record, click on the record type you wish to add and follow the on-screen prompts

Remember to ensure that your domain name is delegated to our primary name servers otherwise changes you make inside of the Zone Manager won’t reflect to the internet.

How do I find my FTP details?

  1. Log into The Console
  2. Manage the domain you want to make changes to
  3. Click Cloud Hosting
  4. Scroll down to Current FTP Accounts
  5. Click Show Password
