How to upload files using File Manager


Overview

 

We recommend using a local FTP client rather than an online File Manager to manage your website files. A local FTP client typically handles the management of numerous files more easily. If this is not an option or you prefer online file management systems, please see the instructions below:

 

How to upload files using the cPanel Hosting file manager

Log in the Console (If you’re not sure how to do that, click here)

Manage the domain you want to make changes to then click “cPanel Login”

Click the File Manager icon

-Select Home Directory

 

-Navigate to the public_html directory

 

-Click on the Upload Icon

 

-Click Select File to choose the files you would like to upload

Under Dashboard click “File Manager Login”

  • Fill in your FTP details into the Connect to AjaXplorer window

  • Use ftp.netregistry.net as your FTP Host and use your FTP username/password found within the Console for your other details

Click on the Upload icon

-Select From Computer

-Click Browse

-Upload Your files
