For security reasons, we do not provide customers on our shared hosting infrastructure with SSH access. If you require SSH access, you may want to upgrade to a VPS Hosting plan or consult with our support staff on an alternative method of achieving the outcome you desire.
Netregistry sends an email detailing the SSH credentials to VPS customers when their accounts are created. Once the password is changed it is the responsibility of the account user to keep this information secure and usable, if for any reason you lose this information you will need to contact our VPS Support Team.
Managed VPS customers can request a password reset at any time. Un-managed VPS customers will be required to pay a professional services fee.
