This tutorial will guide you through configuring Office 365 on iOS devices.
Go to your iPhone or iPad's Settings > scroll down and tap Accounts & Passwords > Add Account.
Note: If you’re using iOS 10, go to Mail > Accounts > Add Account.
|3||Enter your Office 365 or Exchange email address and a description of your account. Tap Next.|
Tap Sign In.
Enter the password associated with your email account. Tap Sign in or Next.
|5||The Mail app may request certain permissions. Tap Accept.|
|6||Choose the services you want to sync with your iOS device and tap Save. You're done!|
Incoming Server: outlook.office365.com
Note: You can use POP or IMAP to access many different types of accounts, including Office 365. Here are the POP and IMAP settings for Office 365:
Username: Full email address
Password: The password associated with your email account.
Incoming server port: 993 for IMAP, or 995 for POP
Encryption method: SSL Enabled
Outgoing Server: smtp.office365.com Outgoing server port: 587
Encryption method: TLS
Note: A common problem is caused by customer setting outgoing authentication to SSL or OFF, it must be set to TLS
